Roofing Warranties

Not all roofing contractors are created equally.  When you are looking at other proposals for your project, compare apples to apples.  Are the other bids from certified elite contractors?  Do they offer premium warranties?  Find out!

Standard Warranty
All of our roofing installations come with a standard warranty: usually 30 years prorated for materials and 5 years for labor.  Ask about the standard warranty for the roofing product you have chosen. 

Premium Warranty
Three of the top shingle manufacturers offer premium warranties to our customers.  Copp Roofing & Construction, Inc. has met all of the criteria and standards set by these manufacturing companies to qualify for their elite contractor status, which allows us to make these premium warranties available to you.
