To become a master elite, platinum preferred or masterpiece contractor our owners, supervisors and installers all have to pass certification tests. To offer the best labor warranties in the business, we are required to follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and use the recommended underlayments and accessories before applying the roofing shingle of your choice. The manufacturers give us the recipe with a list of fine ingredients and it’s up to us to create a beautiful and functional work of art.

Standard Warranty
All of our roofing installations come with a standard warranty: usually 30 years prorated for materials and 5 years for labor. Ask about the standard warranty for the roofing product you have chosen.
Premium Warranty
Three of the top shingle manufacturers offer premium warranties to our customers. Copp Roofing & Construction, Inc. has met all of the criteria and standards set by these manufacturing companies to qualify for their elite contractor status, which allows us to make these premium warranties available to you.
