Dear Copp Roofing,
It is not often that after spending a large amount of money on a necessary home repair, we are so satisfied that we felt the need to write a letter. This is the case however with your company.
Within a day of requesting a quote, Don arrived and made a thorough inspection pointing out potential issues and problems up front. We had several quotes and Copp beat the competition, both in professionalism and price. Barbie was very courteous in the office (and on the phone) and worked with us when her vendor was unable to get the product we had originally chosen. We received several telephone calls keeping us updated on materials and time frame The roof demolition crew arrived on the promised date at 8:00 AM and politely asked where we would prefer them to park their work trucks on the property. The crews began on a Thursday and worked long hours to complete our job with an impending storm With our permission, Nacho brought a crew in on Sunday so they could finish the roof before the huge rainstorm Monday morning {the fifth day), the clean up crew arrived with blowers, rakes, and picked up every remnant of debris left by the workers.
From quote to clean-up, you have handled your business professionally, competently and courteously. I would not hesitate to recommend your business to anyone on or off the mountain. As I type, we are receiving buckets of rain, the day after the roofs completion and I have yet to find any leak or problem.
