Removal of debris, resealing and painting of all vent pipe flashings, and a visual roof inspection.
Roofs don’t take care of themselves! It is important to inspect and maintain your roof. Pine needles, leaves, and branches need to be removed and your roof needs to be swept periodically throughout the year. Copp Roofing & Construction, Inc. recommends that you have your roof vent pipe flashings caulked and painted every three years in order to maintain the proper seal required to avoid leaks.
